How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most of our items are handcrafted to order in our Los Angeles studio. Please allow 5-10 business days for production before your order is dispatched via your selected shipping method.

Yes, Shrine of Hollywood ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
What is your return policy for custom or high-end garments?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made pieces or items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct size?
Because our garments often feature Victorian or Gothic tailoring, they may fit differently than standard fast-fashion brands. We highly recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide and measuring yourself before placing an order.
Are your garments machine washable?
Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics—such as velvet, brocade, and lace—we recommend dry cleaning only for most of our vests, coats, and corsets to maintain their structural integrity.
