Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our Los Angeles studio.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
